1. General Information

   Welcome to HackTricks Training. These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern access to and use of our website, as well as the purchase and completion of our courses and exams.

   By accessing the website or enrolling in any course, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the website or our services.

2. General Provisions
   1. This Agreement governs the relationship between HackTricks Training S.L. and the user.
   2. All content is provided for educational purposes only.
   3. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the website.
3. Enrollment and payment
   1. To access the courses, users must pay the applicable fees. Access may be granted through direct registration on the website or, in certain cases, following a manual purchase process and the issuance of the corresponding invoice.
   2. Course prices are listed on the website and may change without prior notice.
   3. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
   4. Upon successful payment, access will be granted via a digital voucher or credentials.
   5. For EU transactions, VAT numbers must be provided at checkout. Invoices cannot be converted from B2C to B2B after purchase.
4. Refund and cancellation policy
   1. Users may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that:
      • The voucher has not been redeemed, and
      • Access to the digital content has not started.
   2. As the courses are digital content delivered immediately, once access has started or the voucher has been redeemed, refunds are not available in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
   3. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Optionally, and only at the explicit request of the user, the amount may be applied as credit toward another course.
   4. Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

5. Course materials and account usage
   1. All course materials are the exclusive property of HackTricks Training S.L. and are protected by intellectual property laws.
   2. Access to courses and the learning platform is strictly personal and non-transferable.
   3. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, resale, or public disclosure of materials is strictly prohibited.
   4. Sharing account credentials or allowing third-party access is forbidden.
   Unauthorized use
   Any unauthorized sharing or distribution of materials or access credentials will result in:
   • Immediate revocation of platform access
   • Permanent ban from HackTricks Training
   • Invalidation of any certification previously issued
   • No entitlement to any refund
6. Exams and certifications
   1. Exam rules
      • Exams must be completed within the specified timeframe.
      • External assistance during the exam is prohibited.
      • Sharing exam content is not allowed.
      • Reproduction or distribution of exam materials is forbidden without written authorization.
   2. Prohibited conduct
      • Cheating or impersonation.
      • Unauthorized access to exam materials.
      • Disruption of the exam process.
   3. Results
      1. Exam results are determined solely by the exam administrator.
      2. Results will be communicated by email within 30 business days.
      3. Violations may result in certification revocation and loss of platform access.
7. Privacy policy

   Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the website. By using the services, the user acknowledges and accepts it.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
   1. Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
   2. HackTricks Training S.L. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction

   This Agreement is governed by the laws of Spain.

   Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.

10. Termination

    We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and suspend access to the platform in the event of a breach of these terms.
